BRISEA and Water Compliance Systems (WCS) in Salt Lake City, Utah, have a definitive and exclusive agreement to market WCS’s Bio-Reactor products in China. The products are based on WCS’s proprietary fixed-film nutrient removal technology for wastewater lagoons. The partnership is formed at a critical moment where the untreated/undertreated wastewater, especially in the rural areas, has become a severe problem in China and needs to be tackled immediately. We believe WCS's patented technology provides a low-cost solution to the problem that would be very well received in China.
